And so this is Christmas?

Can you believe that 2007 is nearly over? I can't! And don't talk to me about how many days til Xmas it is...because i don't want to think about it! I just want to think of this being the month of December with many parties to pick and choose from.

Of course, there are parties that I'll be playing. Already I played Hotel Coronation on Sat 1 for Toni's farewell party which was a good night for those that turned up. On Thursday night, we took the decks onto the harbour for St Vincent Hospital's Social Club. Their party was a harbour cruise which made it interesting when trying to mix - the rocking sometimes made a few tracks skip but on the whole it was a successful night of straight out party tunes!

At this point in time I won't play until NYE - yes that is right, my first new years eve booking! I am so excited about this and it's for a good friend too in a great place - right on the harbour foreshore for NYE, with stunning views of Sydney Harbour on offer and hopefully a great party crowd ready to get down.

I am still working on that double CD i let out of the bag last edition of Musique so don't worry - it aint out yet! Still looking for an early new years release. Keep up to date by adding "Johnny Bones" to Facebook - trust me!

Working Class Mannnn

Well if we ain't on the dancefloor then we're making the floor dance!

What a crazy last few months it has been. From puting out Promomixx, to doing engagement parties, birthday parties, DJing and MCing a wedding and even a costume party! Mind you, it's not over yet...

Got a few parties to do - including a harbour cruise in December, which is to be announced very shortly! Should be a fun night - even if it is a weeknight.

Also, work, is due to start on my next H*O*B*O double CD! one disc will be all the rnb/hip hop and uptempo favourites, the second CD i am working with a friend to produce a classic 80s old skool mix. I've always wanted to do an old skool funk mix for quite some time and now's the chance to do something about it. Looking at a Jan 08 release.

Well that's it for now, I will probably put a blog up or I'll keep things up to date at My Music Blog over the next few weeks.
